Understanding Your Clients
LENNOXVILLE: The next in the series of workshops, sponsored by CEDEC / SBSN (Small Business Systems Network), will be held in the Lennoxville Community Center (10, rue Samuel Gratham). The guest speaker for the evening will be Aaron Patella who will be sharing important insight into “Understanding your Clients to Grow your Business”, on June 5 (in English). This is the same workshop that he previously gave on May 15 (English) and May 22 (French) in Knowlton.
Aaron Patella, a Bishop’s University Graduate with over 20 years of business experience and has over 1000 hours of practical and theoretical training in leadership and excellence (leading groups, active listening, fixing objectives and action plans, etc.). Patella will be focusing on ‘the jobs-to-be-done approach’ to help determine what your clients want; how your product/service meets clients’ needs; how customer experience can drive the way you promote and develop your product/service.
This event will take place from 5:30p.m.-8:30p.m., with time-out for supper which is included in the cost: $35 for CEDEC/ SBSN members and $45 for non-members – everyone is welcome to share and benefit from this event.
